How long until my order arrives?
Every item is made to order. We print and quality-check each piece within 2–5 business days, then it ships. After that, delivery is typically 3–7 business days in the US and 7–21 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Why is everything made to order?
We print each piece only when you order it. That means less waste and lets us offer a much wider range of designs — in exchange for a few extra days of production time.
How do the tees fit? What size should I order?
Our unisex softstyle tees have a classic fit and run true to size for most people. Order your usual size for a relaxed fit, size down for a slimmer fit, or size up 1–2 sizes for an oversized look. Full chest-and-length measurements are on our Size Guide.
What are the Trackers & Planners, and how do I get them?
They're digital budgeting spreadsheets and printables for Google Sheets and Excel — fully editable, nothing locked. They're delivered as an instant download right after purchase; nothing ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after production. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page and include photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility. For anything damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating.
