At Evergreen Tees, each product is made to order. We aim to be fair, transparent, and customer-focused while protecting our small business from misuse.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No restocking fee is charged

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items

Items from our Final Sale Collection are not eligible for return or refund. This applies only to that specific collection.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos showing the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement.


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
